Mom-Entum(맘엔텀)은 Rise Together Inc.(이하 "회사")가 운영합니다. 서비스는 미국과 캐나다에 사는 한인 스포츠맘이 정보를 보고 서로 묻고 답하는 커뮤니티입니다. 회원은 초대를 받아 가입합니다.
2. 회원
서비스는 18세 이상 성인이 씁니다. 회원은 정확한 이메일로 가입하고, 계정을 다른 사람과 나누지 않습니다.
3. 회원이 올리는 글
톡방과 투표에 올린 글의 저작권은 쓴 사람에게 있습니다. 회원은 회사가 그 글을 서비스 안에서 보여 주고 보관하는 것에 동의합니다. 회사는 회원 글을 서비스 밖으로 옮기지 않습니다.
다음은 올릴 수 없습니다: 다른 사람이나 아이를 알아볼 수 있는 정보, 다른 회원을 비난하거나 괴롭히는 글, 광고와 영업, 법에 어긋나는 내용. 회사는 이런 글을 알리지 않고 지울 수 있습니다.
4. 정보의 성격
서비스의 글은 스포츠맘들의 경험과 공개 자료를 정리한 것입니다. 의학, 법률, 대학 입학에 관한 전문가의 조언을 대신하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정은 해당 분야 전문가와 상의하시기 바랍니다. 회사는 글의 내용을 정확하게 유지하려고 노력하지만 완전함을 보장하지 않습니다.
5. 회사의 콘텐츠
서비스에 있는 글, 디자인, 로고, 이름은 회사의 것입니다. 개인이 읽고 가족·친구와 나누는 것은 괜찮습니다. 상업적으로 쓰거나 다른 서비스에 옮기려면 회사의 허락이 필요합니다.
6. 알림과 연락
회원은 앱 알림과 이메일 소식을 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 종료
회사는 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 일부를 멈출 수 있습니다. 회원은 언제든 앱 설정에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있고, 회사는 약관을 어긴 회원의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
8. 책임의 한계
서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
9. 준거법
이 약관은 미국 캘리포니아 주 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 새크라멘토 카운티 법원에서 다룹니다.

1. The Service
Mom-Entum is operated by Rise Together Inc. (the "Company"). The Service is a community where Korean-American sports moms in the United States and Canada read information and ask and answer each other's questions. Membership is by invitation.
2. Members
The Service is for adults 18 and older. Members sign up with a valid email address and do not share their account with anyone else.
3. Content members post
Members keep the copyright to what they post in the community rooms and polls. By posting, a member allows the Company to display and store that content within the Service. The Company does not move member content outside the Service.
The following may not be posted: information that could identify another person or a child, content that attacks or harasses other members, advertising or solicitation, and anything unlawful. The Company may remove such content without notice.
4. Nature of the information
Articles in the Service are compiled from the experience of sports moms and from publicly available sources. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or college admissions advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making important decisions. The Company works to keep the content accurate but does not guarantee that it is complete.
5. Company content
The articles, design, logo, and name in the Service belong to the Company. Reading them and sharing them with family and friends is fine. Commercial use or moving them to another service requires the Company's permission.
6. Notifications and contact
Members can turn app notifications and email updates on or off.
7. Changes to and termination of the Service
The Company may change the Service or suspend parts of it. Members can delete their account at any time from the app settings, and the Company may restrict the use of members who violate these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County.
