Mom-Entum(맘엔텀)은 Rise Together Inc.(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 스포츠맘 커뮤니티 서비스입니다. 이 방침은 회사가 mom-entum.club 웹사이트, app.mom-entum.club 앱, 그리고 App Store와 Google Play에서 제공하는 맘엔텀 앱(이하 "서비스")에서 어떤 정보를 받고 어떻게 쓰는지를 설명합니다.
1. 받는 정보
회원이 직접 적는 정보: 이름 또는 부르는 이름, 이메일 주소, 아이의 학년과 운동 종목, 사는 지역(도시 단위), 가입할 때 적은 질문, 톡방에 올린 글과 답글, 투표 응답과 한 줄 의견, 설문 응답.
서비스를 쓰면서 자동으로 남는 정보: 기기 식별값(앱이 만든 임의의 번호), 어떤 글을 열고 얼마나 읽었는지, 앱을 연 날짜, 알림을 받기 위한 기기 주소(알림을 켠 분만).
아이의 이름이나 생년월일, 사진은 받지 않습니다. 서비스는 성인 보호자를 위한 것이며 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
2. 쓰는 목적
회원 확인과 로그인, 아이의 학년과 종목에 맞는 글 추천, 톡방·투표·설문 운영, 새 투표와 소식 알림, 서비스가 어떻게 쓰이는지 파악해 개선, 모임과 행사 안내.
3. 보관과 처리 위탁
정보는 미국에 있는 서버에 저장됩니다. 저장은 Supabase, 앱 배포는 Vercel과 GitHub를 씁니다. 이 업체들은 회사를 대신해 정보를 저장하고 전달할 뿐 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.
4. 주지 않는 것
회사는 회원 정보를 팔지 않고 광고 목적으로 다른 회사에 주지 않습니다. 법이 요구할 때를 빼면 제3자에게 넘기지 않습니다.
5. 톡방 글의 공개 범위
톡방에 올린 글과 답글은 이름 없이 학년과 종목 표시(예: 9학년 펜싱맘)로 다른 회원에게 보입니다. 올리기 전에 어떤 표시로 보일지 회원이 직접 고릅니다.
6. 알림
알림은 회원이 켠 경우에만 보냅니다. 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
7. 보관 기간과 계정 삭제
회원으로 있는 동안 보관합니다.
앱에서 내방 > 프로필 수정하기 > "계정 삭제"를 누르면 다음 정보가 바로 지워집니다: 프로필, 저장한 글, 읽음 기록, 투표와 설문 응답, 좋아요, 동의 기록, 알림 구독, 로그인 계정.
커뮤니티에 쓴 글과 댓글은 남지만 작성자 표시가 "삭제된 사용자"로 바뀌어 누가 썼는지 알 수 없게 됩니다. 글까지 지우고 싶으시면 아래 이메일로 알려 주시면 함께 지웁니다.
이메일로 삭제를 요청하신 경우에도 30일 안에 처리합니다.
8. 회원의 권리
자기 정보를 보거나 고치거나 지워 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일로 알려 주시면 됩니다. 캘리포니아 주민은 캘리포니아 소비자 개인정보 보호법(CCPA)에 따른 권리를 가지며, 회사는 정보를 팔지 않으므로 "판매 거부" 절차는 해당하지 않습니다.
9. 쿠키와 저장소
서비스는 로그인 상태와 읽은 글을 기억하기 위해 기기 안의 저장소를 씁니다. 광고 추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.
10. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 앱과 웹사이트에 알립니다.

Mom-Entum is a community service for sports moms operated by Rise Together Inc. (the "Company"). This policy explains what information the Company collects and how it is used on the mom-entum.club website, the app.mom-entum.club web app, and the Mom-Entum app available on the App Store and Google Play (together, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Information members enter themselves: name or nickname, email address, the child's grade and sport, home area (city level), the question written at sign-up, posts and replies in the community rooms, poll answers and short comments, and survey responses.
Information created automatically while using the Service: a device identifier (a random number generated by the app), which articles were opened and how long they were read, the dates the app was opened, and a push subscription address for members who turn notifications on.
We do not collect a child's name, date of birth, or photos. The Service is for adult parents and guardians and is not directed to children under 13.
2. How we use it
To verify members and sign them in, recommend articles that match the child's grade and sport, run the community rooms, polls, and surveys, send notifications about new polls and news, understand how the Service is used so we can improve it, and announce meetups and events.
3. Storage and service providers
Information is stored on servers in the United States. We use Supabase for storage and Vercel and GitHub for app delivery. These providers store and transmit information on the Company's behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.
4. What we do not share
The Company does not sell member information and does not give it to other companies for advertising. We do not disclose it to third parties except when required by law.
5. Visibility of community posts
Posts and replies in the community rooms are shown to other members without a name, labeled only by grade and sport (for example, "9th grade fencing mom"). Members choose the label themselves before posting.
6. Notifications
Notifications are sent only when a member turns them on. They can be turned off at any time in device settings.
7. Retention and account deletion
We keep information for as long as you are a member.
When you tap "Delete account" under My Room > Edit profile, the following is deleted immediately: your profile, saved articles, reading history, poll and survey responses, likes, consent records, notification subscriptions, and your login account.
Posts and comments you wrote in the community remain, but the author label changes to "Deleted user" so they can no longer be linked to you. If you would also like those posts removed, email us at the address below and we will delete them as well.
Deletion requests sent by email are handled within 30 days.
8. Your rights
You may ask to view, correct, or delete your information by emailing the address below. California residents have the rights provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); because the Company does not sell personal information, an opt-out of sale process does not apply.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Service uses storage on your device to remember your sign-in state and the articles you have read. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will let you know in the app and on the website.
